Fall wall art - Display your Kids artwork

Fall wall art

Are you looking for something different, fun and creative for your kids to do this fall?  Looking for the perfect picture to go on the wall in the hall or anywhere else in your home?  Are you thinking what am I going to do with all my kids favorite art work?  If so, I have the perfect solution for you!

If you have a place in your home that needs a picture, instead of buying a new expensive piece of art work, have a place in your home where you display your kids artwork.  There is nothing more special than seeing your kids face light up when they bring home one of their many pieces of artwork home from school.  Unfortunately, your fridge can only hold so many.  And what do you do with that special holiday or seasonal picture?
What we have done is create a wall where we have interchangeable art work that we change seasonally and/or with the holidays.  We proudly display my daughters artwork on a wall in our family room.  This is a wonderful way to create an art display of your favorites.   It also gives you a place to see and enjoy their work without putting in a box somewhere never to be seen again.

You can purchase the frames at any local retailer chain.  The ones we choose are great because they open like a book and it is easy to change the pictures out when you are ready for a new picture or with the seasons.  They also have a folder pocket inside the frame to hold all the pictures your child has drawn to keep the pictures that you would like to put up again or cherish and look at when you change the pictures out.

We change our wall art seasonally.  We either use a favorite from the year before, use a new one from school or create a whole new look for the current season or holiday.  My daughter loves this and so do we because we get to enjoy her many pieces of artwork in a designer like way.
This year we decided to create a fall wall with a little holiday flare.
We have one favorite that we will change out after Halloween and then add one of her favorites from last year.
So much to learn from this…creating new art, working together to hang up (my daughter was so excited that she hung up the pictures herself this year), reminiscing about past art work and seeing your kids progress of drawing, painting, coloring from the year before.

Take the time and make the time this fall to create a special place in your home to display your kids art work.  You’ll share special moments that make your kids feel special again and again.

All my best, Dyan
